Regular Cleaning focuses on ongoing maintenance. Deep Cleaning provides more detailed attention to areas with accumulated dust, grease and buildup, including details such as doors, frames, edges, fixtures and accessible baseboards.
03 Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our team arrives with the basic cleaning supplies and equipment required for the scheduled service. Please let us know in advance if your home requires specific products or has special surface-care instructions.
04 Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. You may be home or provide safe access instructions before the appointment. Please make sure our team can enter the home and that any alarms, gates, keys or access codes have been arranged in advance.
05 How is the final cleaning price determined?
Pricing depends on the size and condition of the home, the type of cleaning requested, the estimated time required, the number of rooms and any optional add-ons. We’ll provide an estimate after reviewing your cleaning needs.
06 Can I request additional services?
Yes. Add-ons such as oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, interior windows, baseboards, dishwashing and organizing may be requested for an additional charge. Please request them in advance so enough time can be reserved.
07 Should I prepare my home before the team arrives?
We recommend picking up personal items, clothing, toys, dishes and excessive clutter before the appointment. This allows our team to focus more time on cleaning the surfaces and areas included in your service.
08 Do you change bed sheets?
Bed sheet changes may be requested in advance and may require an additional charge. Please leave the clean sheets on top of each bed that you would like us to prepare.
09 What should I do with my pets?
Please secure pets in a comfortable and safe area during the cleaning. Let us know in advance if pets will be inside the home or if there are any special entry instructions.
10 What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Advance notice helps us reorganize our cleaning routes and offer the appointment to another client. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
